Last week negotiations for the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) agreement were not finalized due to a number of issues. However, the participating trade ministers were reportedly confident in the progress that was made. Dr. Jody Campiche, Vice President of Economics and Policy Analysis for the National Cotton Council, joins us to explain the potential agreement and how it affects U.S. cotton.
