Darryl Earnest, deputy administrator for the Department of Agriculture’s, Agricultural Marketing Service, Cotton & Tobacco Program, shares details about the new Cotton Classification Complex in Lubbock, Texas.
The project has been eight years in the making. The facility is a great opportunity for partnership due to its location on the Texas Tech University campus for research, innovation, education and employment opportunities.
The new complex plans to open around mid September.
