The U.S. Department of Transportation's Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) announced that it has no intention to propose new regulations governing the transport of agricultural products. NCC recently submitted comments to the FMCSA expressing its concern with the agency's interpretations and some of its proposed guidances.
